Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website or through our telesales team.
To cancel your order you must notify us within seven {7} working days following the day of delivery.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe return back to us. We advise you take out appropriate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
If you are unable to return the product to us within seven {7} you must contact us to arrange collection which will be at your cost

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. The customer is solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery, and any damage to, or shortages in, a delivery must be reported to Provan Sports within 48 hours of the delivery being made.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event of requiring to return goods to us please follow these instructions to avoid delay in processing your return. Other than as required by law we have no general policy of accepting returns
a) When returning goods to us you the customer are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us.
b) You should return any product in its original packaging along with all related paperwork via suitably insured means that covers the full value of the goods. If you insure the product, the full value may be recovered. Please retain your receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.
